Hello and welcome to my website Fluentfocus.ie. My name is Máire Mahon, Mayo native and full time French and Irish Leaving Certificate teacher of fourteen years. I offer online Leaving Certificate Higher Level Irish revision courses which run online one hour weekly from 8 September 2025- 8 May 2026. I currently teach full time in North Mayo. Benefit from my extensive experience teaching with leading Dublin based grinds schools The Dublin Academy of Education Stillorgan and Homeschool.ie. In my respective role, I delivered weekly Higher Level intensive grinds classes to groups of up to forty students in addition to delivering intensive Christmas and Easter Leaving Certificate revision courses. I hold valuable experience having examined four hundred Leaving Certificate students nationwide in my role as State Examinations Commission Leaving Certificate oral Irish examiner. I believe in an exam focused approach, confidence building, proven insider examiner techniques to attain optimum marks and lastly, an energetic approach that gets to the point efficiently. The Leaving Certificate is a challenging year for parents and students and I endeavor to ensure every second of your weekly online grinds course is focused on optimizing each student's Irish mark and boosting student's overall confidence.
